A white label fitness app for personal trainers: pay once, $99.99 USD or $150 CAD

Your colour and your logo across your clients' app and your coaching portal, for a one time fee of $99.99 USD or $150 CAD, paid once through Stripe and yours for good. What white label costs elsewhere, what the client actually sees, and what it will not do.

White label on BryksBuilt means your clients open an app that looks like yours: your accent colour, your logo, and on iPhone your own app icon, across every screen they train, log meals and message you in. It is a one time fee of $99.99 USD or $150 CAD, billed once by Stripe and yours for good, and it switches off by itself the day a client stops being your client.

Coaches ask three things about white label, in this order: what it costs, what the client actually sees, and what happens when things end. This page answers all three, then compares the price with the platforms you are probably also looking at.

What does a white label fitness app cost in 2026?

The honest market answer: anywhere from "included on a mid tier plan" to "a one time fee on top of your plan" to "not on the pricing page at all, ask sales." Here is what each company's own page said on the date at the bottom of this page.

Platform How you get white label What it costs
BryksBuilt Buy it once from the Branding page in the portal $99.99 USD or $150 CAD, one time, no monthly charge
Trainerize Pro tier, or included higher up $169 one time fee on Pro; included on Studio Plus ($275 a month) and Enterprise
TrueCoach Move to Standard Included on Standard ($69.98 a month, up to 20 active clients) and Pro ($164.98)
PT Distinction Move to Pro Included on Pro ($59.90 a month, 25 clients) and Master; the $19.90 Basic plan has no custom branding
Everfit Pro or Studio Available; the price is not shown on the pricing page

Two ways to pay for branding show up across the market. Some platforms bundle it into a higher tier, which means you pay for it every month whether or not you would have chosen that tier. Others charge once. BryksBuilt charges once, and of the two one time fees on this table ours is the lower ($99.99 against $169). A monthly bundle is not directly comparable to a one time fee: a coach on TrueCoach Standard pays $69.98 a month for a tier that includes branding, and how much of that is "for" branding depends on whether they wanted the rest of the tier.

What we would say plainly: if you know you want your brand on your clients' phones, a single $99.99 is the cheapest way on this table to get it, and it does not move your monthly bill.

What does the client actually see?

A lot of "branded app" marketing is a screenshot of a login screen with a logo swapped in. So here is the whole list.

Your accent colour paints every action surface in the client's app: buttons, progress rings, the active tab, the check in form, the Coach tab where you live. The app derives readable text colours from your accent automatically, so a light brand does not produce white on white, and a dark brand does not produce black on black.

Your logo appears where the BryksBuilt mark used to, inside the client's app and across your portal.

Your app icon, on iPhone. A coach who has bought white label can ship a custom icon so the app on the client's home screen is yours. That one is iPhone only for now; Android keeps the BryksBuilt icon by design.

Your portal, too. The coaching portal you work in at bryksbuilt.com/trainer takes on the same accent, so a screen share with a client looks like your business, not ours.

What stays BryksBuilt: the App Store listing, the privacy policy, the terms, and the account settings. That is deliberate. A client should always be able to find out who processes their data and who to email about it.

Why is there no separate app to submit?

Because a separate app is a liability with your name on it. Every branded app on a store is a binary that has to be rebuilt, resubmitted and reviewed for every update, and it is the coach's business that goes dark when a review stalls. Part of what a higher one time fee buys elsewhere is that resubmission machinery.

BryksBuilt does it inside the one app. A client installs BryksBuilt once. When they accept your invite, the app reads your branding from your account and repaints itself for them. When we ship an update, they get it. When you change your colour, they see it on their next open. There is nothing for you to submit and nothing that can be rejected.

What happens when a client leaves?

This is the question that matters most and the one branded app pitches skip.

Your branding is stored on your account, and a client's app can only read it while the link between you is live. Remove the client from your roster, or let them remove you, and the read is denied at the server. The client's app falls back to BryksBuilt on its own, with no update, no support ticket and no way for the former client to keep your logo on their phone. Your brand is only ever on the phones of people paying you.

We built it this way after watching how the alternative plays out: a branded app that a client keeps for a year after they stopped paying, still carrying the coach's name, still receiving nothing.

How do I set it up, and when do I pay?

From the portal, open Settings, then Branding. Upload a logo, choose an accent colour, and use the preview to see the client's app in your look. All of that is a free draft; you can leave it sitting there for a month. When you are happy, buy white label from the same page ($150 CAD or $99.99 USD, billed once by Stripe), turn it on and save. Every linked client's app repaints on their next open. If you want the iPhone icon as well, upload the icon art on the same page; we review it and switch it on.

Who should not buy BryksBuilt white label?

If your business plan requires a standalone app with its own App Store listing under your company name, BryksBuilt is not that, and we are not going to pretend it is. A few platforms will build that for you at a higher one time or monthly fee, and for a studio with a marketing budget it can be the right call.

If what you want is for clients to open an app that looks like your business and works every day without you babysitting a store listing, this is the cheaper and quieter way to get it, and you pay for it exactly once.

Questions people ask

The short answers

What does white label cost on BryksBuilt?

A one time fee of $99.99 USD or $150 CAD, billed once by Stripe. There is no monthly charge for it and no per client price. Your plan price does not include it; the fee is separate from whichever plan you are on.

Can I set it up before I pay?

Yes. Everything on the Branding page stays a free draft until you buy: upload the logo, pick the colour, preview the client's app in your look. Nothing reaches a client until you pay, turn it on and save.

Does my client download a separate app with my name on it?

No. They download BryksBuilt from the App Store or Google Play, accept your invite, and the app takes on your colour and logo for them. On iPhone the app icon can be yours too. There is no second app to submit, update or keep alive.

What happens if a client stops working with me?

The branding reverts to BryksBuilt automatically the moment the link is removed. It is a server side fact, not a setting on their phone, so a former client can never keep wearing your brand.

Do my clients pay anything for it?

No. The fee is the coach's, once. It makes no difference whether a client is on the free app or Pro.

Will my clients see the BryksBuilt name anywhere?

Yes, in the places where honesty matters: the App Store listing, the privacy policy and the account settings. The everyday screens they train and log in carry your look.
