  • GNC
  • Popeye's Supplements
  • Supplement King
  • Supplement World

Winners pick one of these, or name any other supplement store that sells a gift card you can redeem. The card is issued for your own country, Canada or the United States. A few of these trade in only one of those two countries, so if yours is not covered you pick another. BryksBuilt buys every card at face value as an ordinary customer: no store funds, supplies or sponsors any prize. Cards arrive by email within 30 days of the announcement.

The Finalist emblem: a purple medallion carrying three blue stars

10 finalists, picked by consistency alone

The 10 finishers with the highest season score go to the judges. Every one of them keeps 3 months of Pro, the Finalist emblem and 3,000 XP, whatever the panel decides.

The season

Four dates, and thirteen weeks in between

Every one of these is fixed in the official rules. Pacific time throughout.

  1. October 1, 2026

    Entries open

The season and the entry window start together. You accept the rules in the app, confirm you are old enough and fit to take part, pick your country, and take three before photos on the spot.

  2. October 14, 2026

    Entries close

Two weeks to get in, and then the field is set. From here to December 31 the only thing that moves your score is what you log.

  3. December 25 to January 3

    After photos

Same three poses, same style of clothing, same plain background, taken with the in app camera again. Both sets plus a season score of at least 60 makes you a finisher.

  4. February 3, 2027

    Winners announced

The top three are held for 72 hours before anything is announced: a live video call, the same poses one more time, the logs on screen, and a signed declaration. Then season one has a champion.

Scoring and judging

Weight lost is never a criterion

Not in the score that picks the finalists, and not in the judging that picks the winners. Nothing you can buy moves either number, and health data from Apple Health, Health Connect or motion sensors is never part of it.

First, your logs pick the 10 finalists

Every hour the app turns your season into one consistency score out of 100. The season score is the weekly average. Both photo sets plus a score of at least 60 makes you a finisher, and the 10 finishers with the highest score go to the panel. No draw, no chance, nothing random.

50

Training days

Three a week is full marks. A workout needs one completed set and ten minutes. Live cardio counts in full, typed cardio up to three hours a day.

35

Meal days

Four a week is full marks. A meal day means two meals logged with calories on it.

15

A weekly weigh in

One weigh in a week. The number itself never scores you, only the habit of stepping on the scale.

Then three judges score those 10

The two founders of BryksBuilt and one guest coach, none of them seeing a name. Each judge gives 0 to 10 on four things, and the final score is the average of the three.

  • Visible change in body composition and posture

    40percent

  • Consistency and quality of logged training

    25percent

  • Consistency and quality of logged nutrition

    20percent

  • The story and how sustainable the approach is

    15percent

Ties go to the body and posture score, then the consistency score, then the earlier entry. Unusual patterns are flagged for a human to look at, never removed in silence.

Entering

Five steps, about two minutes

It all happens inside the app, between October 1 and October 14. Nothing to fill in on a website, nothing to email, no card to enter.

01

Accept the rules

All fifteen sections are in the app, the same words you can read at the bottom of this page. Accept stays off until you have scrolled to the end of them.

02

Confirm two things

That you are 18 or older, and that you have read the health notice and are fit to take part. Two switches, and both have to be on before you can go forward.

03

Pick your country

Only if your profile has none yet. Gift cards are sent to residents of Canada and the United States. Everyone else in the world enters for the XP and the emblems.

04

Take three photos

Front, side and back, with the in app camera, right at that moment. Photos from your library are not accepted, and the app records when each one was taken.

05

Add your story

Up to 600 characters on what you are chasing and why. It is optional, and it is also 15 percent of what the judges score.

Entering is free

Free and Pro members compete on exactly the same terms. No purchase, no subscription, and nothing you can buy improves your score or your chances.

Everyone who shows up

There is something on every rung

Three emblems that only exist in season one, and XP on each of them. None of it depends on where you finish, and none of it depends on what you pay.

The Entrant emblem: a neon aperture ring around a dumbbell

Entrant

500 XP

Awarded the moment your entry lands. Yours to keep whatever happens over the thirteen weeks that follow.

The Finisher emblem: a blue checkmark over a purple dumbbell

Finisher

1,000 XP

Both photo sets in, and a season consistency score of at least 60. This is the one that says you did the whole thing.

The Finalist emblem: a purple medallion carrying three blue stars

Finalist

3,000 XP

A top 10 season score, plus 3 months of BryksBuilt Pro, whatever the panel decides afterwards.

On the podium the XP goes further again: 5,000 for first, 4,000 for second and 3,000 for third, on top of the gift card, the months of Pro and the placement emblem.

Thirteen weeks that start October 1

Entries run October 1 to October 14. After photos December 25 to January 3. Winners by February 3, 2027. Open the challenge in BryksBuilt, read the rules and take your three photos.

Official rules

Last updated: September 15, 2026. Version 2026-10-01. These are the same fifteen sections the app shows you before you enter.

1. Who runs this

BryksBuilt Inc., a federal corporation in British Columbia, Canada, runs the BryksBuilt Transformation Challenge inside the BryksBuilt app. These rules cover the whole season, the judging and every prize.

2. What this is

This is a contest of skill and effort, judged by a panel on the criteria published in section 9. No element of chance decides anything. No purchase or subscription is needed to enter or to win, and nothing you can buy improves your score or your chances. Free and Pro members compete on exactly the same terms.

3. Who can enter

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. One entry per person and one account per person. The judges, employees and contractors of BryksBuilt Inc. and their immediate families may not enter. Coaches on BryksBuilt may enter. Anyone in the world may enter for XP and emblems; the real world prizes in section 10 can only be sent to residents of Canada and the United States, and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Your health comes first

Talk to a physician before you start, and stop and seek care if you feel unwell. BryksBuilt is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. You may not take part if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the season, if you have had weight loss or skin removal surgery in the last 12 months, or if you use prescription weight loss medication unless it was prescribed for an existing condition and you tell us. Anabolic steroids and banned substances are not allowed. Extreme calorie restriction, dehydration tactics and rapid weight loss are grounds for disqualification. Weight lost is never a criterion in this challenge.

5. The season

The season runs from October 1, 2026 at 12:00 am to December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm, Pacific time. Entries open October 1 and close October 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific. After photos are submitted between December 25, 2026 and January 3, 2027 at 11:59 pm Pacific. Finalists are picked after the after photo window closes. Winners are announced by February 3, 2027.

6. How to enter

Enter inside the app from the challenge page. You accept these rules, confirm the statements in sections 3 and 4, pick your country if your profile has none, and take three before photos (front, side and back) with the in app camera at the moment you enter. Photos from your library are not accepted. You can add a story of up to 600 characters. Between December 25 and January 3 you take three after photos the same way. Entering is free.

7. Photos

Wear the same style of clothing in both sets, stand in front of a plain background in good light, arms at your sides, no filters, no edits, no AI generated or altered images. The app records when each photo was taken. We may ask a finalist for the original camera files and for a live video call to repeat the poses. An edited, altered or substituted photo disqualifies the entry.

8. What counts

Your logged training and nutrition during the season are part of your entry. Every hour the app computes a consistency score from your logs: 50 points for training days (3 a week is full marks, a workout needs at least one completed set and ten minutes, live cardio counts in full, typed cardio counts up to three hours a day), 35 points for meal days (4 a week is full marks, a meal day needs two meals with calories), and 15 points for a weekly weigh in. The score is the weekly average across the season. A finisher has both photo sets and a score of at least 60. The ten finishers with the highest score are the finalists. Ties are broken by the training points, then the nutrition points, then the earlier entry. Unusual patterns are flagged for a human look, never silently removed.

9. Judging

A panel of three judges (the two founders of BryksBuilt and one guest coach) scores each finalist without seeing their name. Each judge gives 0 to 10 on four criteria: visible change in body composition and posture (40 percent), consistency and quality of logged training (25 percent), consistency and quality of logged nutrition (20 percent), and the story and how sustainable the approach is (15 percent). The final score is the average of the three judges. Ties are broken by the body and posture score, then the consistency score, then the earlier entry. Judging is on these criteria only, never on weight lost.

10. Prizes

There are three prizes. First place: a CAD 500 gift card of the winner's choice from Amazon, Apple, Nike, lululemon, Gymshark, GNC, Popeye's Supplements, Supplement King or Supplement World, twelve months of BryksBuilt Pro, and a BryksBuilt merch pack, approximate retail value CAD 500 (about USD 370) plus the subscription. Second place: a CAD 300 gift card from the same list and six months of Pro, approximate value CAD 300 (about USD 220). Third place: a CAD 200 gift card from the same list and three months of Pro, approximate value CAD 200 (about USD 150). Every finalist receives three months of Pro and the Finalist emblem. Every finisher receives the Finisher emblem and XP; every entrant receives the Entrant emblem and XP. A winner may instead name any other supplement store, and BryksBuilt will buy the card there when that store sells a gift card the winner can redeem; when it does not, the winner picks from the list. Each card is issued for the winner's own country, Canada or the United States. Some brands on the list trade in only one of those two countries, and when a brand does not operate in the winner's country the winner picks another option from the list. BryksBuilt buys every card at face value as an ordinary customer: no store funds, supplies or sponsors any prize, and no store is told who the winner is unless the winner asks for that. Cards are sent by email within 30 days of the announcement. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. BryksBuilt may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are sent only to residents of Canada and the United States.

11. Winners and verification

The top three finalists are held for 72 hours before any announcement. In that time each one joins a live video call, repeats the poses, shows their logs in the app, and signs a declaration of eligibility and a release. We may audit logged data and request device exports and original photo files. A finalist who does not respond within 7 days, fails verification or turns out to be ineligible is replaced by the next finalist on the same criteria. A prize already sent to an ineligible winner must be returned.

12. Your photos and your privacy

Your photos are private. Only you and the judging panel can see them, and no other member ever can. They are stored to run this challenge and are deleted by March 31, 2027, unless you choose to share them. At entry you may opt in to a release that lets BryksBuilt Inc. use your photos, first name, last initial, country and story in its marketing. That release is optional, it does not affect judging, and you can withdraw it for future use at any time by email. Any published transformation carries a statement of the results people can generally expect. Data from Apple Health, Health Connect or motion sensors is never used to score or judge this challenge, and nothing about your entry is shared with any third party.

13. Disqualification and changes

BryksBuilt may disqualify an entry for edited or substituted photos, fabricated or automated logs, multiple accounts, banned substances, unsafe practices, or any breach of these rules, and may cancel a prize already awarded. BryksBuilt may suspend, change or cancel the challenge for fraud, a technical failure or a legal reason, and will announce any change in the app. Decisions of BryksBuilt and of the panel are final.

14. Not a sponsor

Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this contest. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this contest. No gift card brand is a sponsor of this contest.

15. Where these rules live

These rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia. Questions go to legal@bryksbuilt.com. The current version is always at bryksbuilt.com/challenges/transformation-2026 and inside the app on the challenge page. The English text applies everywhere except to residents of Quebec, for whom the French text applies.

Règles officielles

Dernière mise à jour : 15 septembre 2026. Version 2026-10-01.
