The terms, in plain words
- You earn 25% of every payment a member makes in their first 12 months after they enter your code. An annual member pays once; a monthly member can pay up to 12 times.
- Commission is worked out on the US dollar value of each payment and paid monthly by PayPal, once the payment has cleared a 30 day hold. Balances under US$20 roll over to the next month.
- Refunds come off your balance, even ones that arrive after a payout (they come off the next one). Free trials earn nothing until they turn into a paid plan.
- Say it clearly in every post: "#ad" or "I earn a commission", in the video and the caption. That is the law in Canada and the US.
- No paid ads on the BryksBuilt name, no coupon sites, no spam, and no using your own code.
- Either side can end it with 30 days notice. Commission you have already earned still gets paid. If the terms change, we tell you 30 days before.
- You look after your own taxes. Creators in the US send us a W9 before the first payout.
