Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every coach starts on a free plan that covers up to 5 clients and stays free forever, with programs, check ins, messaging, payments through your own Stripe and your welcome message included. A paid plan adds room for more clients, the Bryksy AI assistant, the full Pro app for your own training, pricing packages and invoices, roster health, client progress and business analytics, and client automations like birthday wishes and milestone cheers.
How does the launch offer work?
Until December 31, 2026, every paid plan bought on the web carries the launch offer, applied automatically at checkout with no code to type: monthly plans get the first 2 months free, annual plans get 2 of 12 months off the first year. You check out through Stripe and can cancel from your billing page at any time.
Is there a discount if I switch from another platform?
Yes, and you earn it by bringing your clients with you. Import your client list from Trainerize, TrueCoach, CoachRx, TrainHeroic, Kahunas or Everfit on the portal (a CSV, or a pasted list), and once you have brought ten or more clients on the Free plan, whether or not it holds them all yet, the switcher offer is applied automatically at checkout for the next 90 days (once per coach): your first 3 months free on any monthly plan, or 25 percent off your first year on annual. No code, no proof of your old invoice. The migration itself is free at any size.
How do my clients pay me?
Through your own Stripe account, connected inside the portal. Charges go directly to your Stripe and payouts land in your bank on your own schedule, so we never hold your money. You can also handle payments outside the app entirely if you prefer.
Do I pay more as I add clients?
No. Your price only changes when you choose a bigger tier. The caps are generous, and crossing one is a decision you make, never an automatic charge.
Can my clients use the app free?
Yes. The BryksBuilt app is free for your clients to download, and their coaching runs through your plan. You never pay per client.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How much does annual billing save?
Up to 28 percent compared with paying month to month, depending on the tier. The exact saving shows on each plan when you flip the toggle to annual.
Is white label included in a paid plan?
No. White label branding (your colour, your logo and your own app icon on your clients' app and your portal) is a one time add on, $99.99 USD or $150.00 CAD, paid once through Stripe and yours for good. It is sold separately from every plan, so no subscription includes it and it never changes your monthly bill.
Do you have Canadian pricing?
