You can permanently delete your BryksBuilt account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it from inside the app, how to request deletion if you can no longer access the app, exactly what data is removed, and the limited records we may retain.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the BryksBuilt app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the top-right of the Home screen; trainers use Settings from the trainer menu).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.
  5. Your account is deactivated immediately and all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app — for example you lost your device or can't sign in — email support@bryksbuilt.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge to delete your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data from our systems within 30 days:

  • Your profile — name, email, phone, city/country, body measurements, fitness goals, and preferences
  • All workout logs, personal records, and training programs
  • All nutrition entries, water logs, recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, and saved/recent foods
  • Body stats, weight history, and progress photos
  • Chat messages with the AI Coach and with your trainer or clients
  • Achievements, XP, streaks, and gamification history
  • Community activity — feed posts, comments, reactions, challenges, groups, friends, and matchups
  • Apple Health data synced into the app, GPS cardio routes, and any voice recordings
  • Your sign-in credentials (your Firebase Authentication record is deleted). If you signed in with Apple, your authorization is also revoked from your Apple ID.

What we may retain, and for how long

Deletion is designed to remove all of your personal fitness data. A few limited categories may persist:

Subscription / purchase records

Your subscription is billed and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never store your payment details. Any transaction records held by Apple, Google, or our subscription partner RevenueCat are governed by their policies. Deleting your BryksBuilt account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Anonymized / aggregate records

Non-identifying, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product statistics. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle and are fully cleared within the 30-day window.

Legally required records

In rare cases we may retain limited information where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud/abuse — kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.

Retention period: Your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data listed above is permanently deleted within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
