What the Community is for
Share your workouts, meals, recipes and progress with your friends, and cheer each other on. Keep it real, keep it kind, and keep it about getting healthier.
Everyone or Friends, and the 18 or older tick
Every post goes to Everyone or to your Friends. An Everyone post can be seen by members who are not your friends and can appear in From the community. To post to Everyone you confirm you are 18 or older. Members under 18, private accounts and members who have not ticked the box post to Friends only. Automatic activity, like a finished workout, is shown to your friends in the app and never includes your route map.
What you can share
Your own workouts, meals and recipes. Progress photos in gym appropriate clothing. Video clips up to 10 seconds that you filmed yourself, with sound you have the right to share. Questions, tips and encouragement. Photos or clips of other people only with their permission.
What is not allowed
Nudity or sexual content. Anything sexual involving a minor, ever. Harassment, hate, threats or bullying. Graphic violence, or content that encourages self harm or disordered eating. Selling, spam, promotions, links to adult sites, or asking people to message you for offers. Pretending to be someone else. Sharing your coach's private programs, plans or recipes: coach content stays private. Dangerous training or nutrition advice.
Every photo, clip and comment is checked
In BryksBuilt 3.0 and later, every photo, caption and comment, and the words inside a post like a recipe's steps, is checked automatically before others see it, using OpenAI's moderation service, which scores content for things like sexual content, violence and harassment. Comments sent from older versions of the app are checked right after they post. Borderline posts wait for a person on our team before they go up. Location and camera details are removed from every post photo before anyone sees it. A video clip is checked through still pictures from it and a written transcript of its sound.
Report and block
Press and hold any post or comment, or open its menu, to report it. Block a member and you stop seeing their posts and comments, they stop seeing your posts, and their mentions and replies no longer reach you. Every report reaches our team, and posts reported by several members are hidden until we review them.
We act within 24 hours
We review every report within 24 hours. We may remove a post or comment, give a strike, pause posting for a while, or close an account. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
