1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BryksBuilt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
BryksBuilt is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that helps users plan workouts, log nutrition, track progress, and connect with trainers. The app provides tools for goal setting, workout programming, meal planning, and gamified progress tracking.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
4. Health Disclaimer
BryksBuilt provides fitness and nutrition information for educational and tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program. By using the app, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of data you create in the app (workout logs, photos, notes). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the app's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the app's operation, using the app for any illegal purpose, or uploading harmful content.
7. Trainer Services
If you connect with a trainer through the app, the trainer relationship is between you and the trainer. BryksBuilt facilitates communication and data sharing but is not responsible for the quality of training advice provided by individual trainers.
8. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
BryksBuilt offers the following auto-renewable in-app subscriptions: • BryksBuilt Pro (Monthly) — All AI features unlocked. Billed monthly. • BryksBuilt Pro (Annual) — All AI features unlocked. Billed annually. • BryksBuilt Trainer Starter (Monthly / Annual) — Up to 25 clients. Billed monthly or annually. • BryksBuilt Trainer Growth (Monthly / Annual) — Up to 50 clients. Billed monthly or annually. • BryksBuilt Trainer Scale (Monthly / Annual) — Up to 75 clients. Billed monthly or annually. • BryksBuilt Trainer Unlimited (Monthly / Annual) — Unlimited clients. Billed monthly or annually. Current prices are displayed within the app and on the App Store at the point of purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of original purchase, unless changed. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If you cancel during a billing period, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period and will not renew.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
BryksBuilt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on information provided within it.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is the courts of British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting legal@bryksbuilt.com. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada under its Arbitration Rules, in Victoria, British Columbia. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section limits either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement.
14. Aggregated & Anonymized Usage Data
We may compute aggregated, anonymized analytics from how the BryksBuilt user base interacts with the service — for example, the relative popularity of specific exercises, the equipment brands commonly observed across gyms (derived from the Equipment Scanner feature), workout style trends by region, and similar aggregate patterns. These aggregates contain NO personal information: no email, no name, no individual user identification. We may use or share these aggregates internally, in editorial content, in industry reports, or with partners (such as fitness equipment manufacturers) for product analytics, research, and business purposes. Your individual identity, account, and personal logs are never sold or shared. You may request data export or deletion at any time via legal@bryksbuilt.com.
