XP From Everything

Workouts (50 base + bonuses), meals (100/slot, 400/day cap), water goal (+200), progress photos (+75), pantry walks (+50/week), and streak bonuses. Daily cap of 2,500 XP keeps it honest.

Prestige Mode

Hit level 100 and go Prestige. Your level resets but you earn a permanent 1.5x XP multiplier. Stack prestiges. The grind never truly ends.

Daily & Weekly Challenges

Three rotating challenges every day and every week with bonus XP rewards. Push past your normal routine and earn something extra.

Streaks (Cardio Counts)

Cardio counts as a workout day. Rest days don't break the streak. Visual calendar shows current and longest runs. Milestones at 7, 30, and 365 days each unlock bigger XP bonuses.
