Progress from Beginner to Absolute across 100 levels with unique titles for each tier. Level 100 requires 3 million XP.

XP System

Earn XP from workouts (50 base + bonuses), meal logging (+5/item, 25/day cap), water (+20), progress photos (+15), and streak milestones.

Prestige Mode

Hit level 100 and go Prestige. Your level resets but you earn a permanent 1.5x XP multiplier. The grind never truly ends.

Weekly Challenges

Three rotating challenges each week with bonus XP rewards. Push yourself beyond your normal routine and earn something extra.

Streaks

Track your current and longest streaks on a visual calendar. Milestone bonuses at 7 days (+10 XP), 30 days (+30 XP), and 365 days (+100 XP).

Achievements

Unlock milestone badges for hitting PRs, logging streaks, completing challenges, and more. Each one comes with a satisfying unlock modal.
