Reward Rules

1. Who runs this
BryksBuilt Inc., a federal corporation in Canada, runs the reward drops on the Levels track of the BryksBuilt app. These rules cover every reward with real world value: partner codes, gift cards and merchandise. In app rewards such as streak shields and Double Bryk Sessions are features of the app and are not prizes.
2. Who can claim
You need a BryksBuilt account that is at least 14 days old and you must be 13 or older. A partner reward may set a higher minimum age or a list of countries where it is offered, and the app tells you before you claim. Rewards on the Pro side of a level need an active BryksBuilt Pro subscription. Employees of BryksBuilt and of a reward partner are not eligible for that partner's rewards.
3. How rewards are earned
Every reward is fixed to a level on the Levels track. You reach a level by logging workouts, cardio and meals in the app; the reward is the same for every member who reaches that level. There is no draw, no chance and nothing random. The free side of every level needs no purchase. BryksBuilt Pro is a subscription for the app's Pro features; its price never changes because of the rewards on the Pro side.
4. Partner rewards
A partner reward is a discount code, a gift card or an item offered by a partner brand. Each has a fixed stock and is available while supplies last. A partner may be added or withdrawn at any time; when a partner reward is withdrawn, the in app reward shown beside it stays claimable. BryksBuilt does not sell the products a partner offers and is not responsible for a partner's products or service.
5. Claiming and expiry
Each level pays once per prestige cycle. A code is shown in the app and emailed to the address on your account; it expires on the date shown and is not reissued. A gift card is sent by email within a day of the claim. Merchandise ships to the address you enter when you claim, within the countries listed for that reward.
6. Value and transfer
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are personal to your account. A code is for one use unless the reward says otherwise. Selling or trading a reward is not allowed.
7. Your privacy
Only your onboarding answers (age, sex, goals, training styles, equipment, diet and country) can choose or rank a reward for you. Data from Apple Health, Health Connect or motion sensors is never used to choose, rank or offer a reward. Partners receive counts of claims, never your name, your email or any other personal data. A shipping address is kept for 90 days after an item ships or an order is cancelled, then deleted.
8. Not a sponsor
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this program. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this program. A reward partner is not a sponsor of the Levels track; the partner's role is limited to the reward it offers.
9. Changes and misuse
BryksBuilt may change these rules, the rewards or the levels they sit on, and will announce changes in the app. An account found using edited data, multiple accounts or any other unfair means to reach a level can have its rewards cancelled and its claims blocked.
